With Poll Everywhere for Microsoft 365, you can seamlessly include your Poll Everywhere activities in your PowerPoint presentations by embedding them as slides.

To embed activities into your presentation, you’ll need to install the Poll Everywhere for Microsoft 365 add-in.

Helpful Tip: If you are presenting from a laptop or a desktop computer, it’s best to use the standalone Poll Everywhere presentation app for Windows or Mac. If you need to present from PowerPoint on a tablet, the Poll Everywhere for Microsoft 365 add-in is a great secondary option.

Installing the app

Step 1: In PowerPoint, select the Insert tab then click the Get Add-ins button in the Add-ins category.

Step 2: In the Office Add-ins window, enter “Poll Everywhere” into the search box and click the magnifying glass button.

Step 3: Click the Add button to begin the installation process.

Step 4: Sign in using your Poll Everywhere credentials. (If you do not yet have a Poll Everywhere account, the Log in window has a tab where you can sign up for a free account.)

You will now find Poll Everywhere under My Add-ins.

Now that you have Poll Everywhere for Microsoft 365 installed you are ready to start inserting activities into your presentations. Check out the article on inserting activities with Poll Everywhere for Microsoft 365 for more information.
